Oregon Hazelnut Brittle

One of our aunts makes a version of this brittle with peanuts each year. We’ve updated the family recipe with Freddy Guys hazelnuts, a thin layer of our Classic Dark Chocolate, and a touch of Jacobsen flake sea salt — a staff seasonal favorite.
