Size: 9.5" round. Made from solid Oregon Red Alder and hand-oiled with 100% pure, food-grade mineral oil. Red Alder is a sustainable hardwood that flourishes in the Pacific Northwest. Renewing our natural resources every day. Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry immediately. Do not immerse the board in water or put it in the dishwasher. Stand the board on the end until completely dry to avoid warping. Use the juice groove side for messy cutting and chopping and turn the board over for a solid work surface.
