This soap bar contains a 1″ root loofah slice and shredded loofah. The root slice loofah is the deep exfoliation side, which is ideal and best for exfoliating the under area of the foot such as heel and ankles. The shredded loofah is the mild-to-medium exfoliation side, which is ideal and best for exfoliation above area of the foot and toes, as it gives a gentle scrub.
