The bowls fit into cutouts in the board to hold them in place while serving. 16" x 8" x 1.0" Made of solid Oregon Red Alder a sustainable hardwood that flourishes in the Pacific Northwest. Easy Care: Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry immediately. Do not immerse cutting board in water. Do not put it in the dishwasher. Allow air to circulate the board while drying to avoid warpage. Treat often with food grade Mineral Oil to maintain the luster of the wood.
